What to expect:

Who we are:
We are a small fellowship of like minded people that feel the call of Jesus on our lives. Through our work with the local food pantry, PEACE Inc. and other local and international ministries we reach out to help all of God's people. We also have deep roots in bringing music and worship opportunities to local nursing homes and assisted living facilities.

When you walk into our door-
On any Sunday Morning or Wednesday Evening you will find a small fellowship of caring people. You will definitely not get lost in a crowd.. Much like any new church start you will find people that care about you and are willing to stop at any time to pray for you if you need it.
Some Sundays there are very few of us at Worship because several people are out providing Worship at area nursing homes.
You will find that we enjoy worshiping our Lord Jesus Christ and that we have fun in the process. We tend to be less formal than many churches - dress is casual.
Our emphasis is more on living the life that Jesus modeled for us by helping all of God's people than it is on filling our pews. We love to sing songs of worship to our Lord - both modern praise songs and those great hymns that have been around forever.
We always encourage anyone to come and join in our worship - share your talent of music, poetry or even a reading that touched you.

Wednesday Evenings:
We come together in an informal setting to share music, prayer and the Word of God. We listen to each others experiences from the past week and lift up prayers for those in need. Our fellowship welcomes diversity in our theological thinking and Wednesday evenings is the time you will experience that diversity the most as we express ourselves openly and honestly before God.

What we believe:
We believe that Jesus has called us to come together and fellowship with other believers but that attending a church should not be complicated. Life is complicated - our relationships with friends and family can be complicated. Our relationship to Jesus the Christ is never complicated.

We believe that Jesus Christ has called each and every one of us to live the life that He has modeled for us - to reach out and help those in need - to praise God in all that we do.

We believe that Jesus Christ was born the Son of God and lived His life as a model for us. He died a cruel death on the cross in atonement for the sins of man and rose three days later to show that we all have that hope and promise of a life everlasting in the presence of of our Father.

We believe that God has provided for us an instruction manual - The Bible. It is a living document that means as much in our lives today as it meant to those whose pen put it to paper 2000 years ago. The amazing thing about the Bible is that it always holds a message that will touch you at whatever particular need that you may be dealing with at any particular time.
